Thank you for your interest in the Artisan Charity Foundation’s Blade Smithing Therapy Program. This program offers military veterans and first responders a unique opportunity to engage in hands-on blade smithing as a form of therapy to support mental health, recovery, and community building. Applicants will complete their own daily carry knife and sheath in our 16-hour course. Please complete all sections of this form to apply for a spot in our program. All information provided is confidential and will be used solely for program eligibility and planning.
